Is there a callout fee?
Every CombiShield plan includes unlimited callouts. Any callout contribution is shown clearly on the plan — the price you see is the price you pay.
When does my plan start?
Your maintenance plan begins 14 days after sign-up, in line with industry standard. Existing customers switching from another provider can request immediate start.
Who carries out the work?
All work is performed by Gas Safe registered engineers — either directly employed by CombiShield or vetted local partners with a minimum 4.8★ rating.
Can I pay annually?
Yes — pay annually via Stripe and save 10%, or pay monthly by direct debit through GoCardless. You can switch payment method at any time from your portal.
What if I'm not happy?
Cancel any time, no fees, no questions. If you cancel within 30 days of signing up, you'll get a full refund.
Is this insurance?
No. CombiShield provides maintenance plans for your boiler and plumbing — we are not an insurance provider and are not FCA regulated. Our plans are a straightforward service agreement, not an insurance policy.
