No tiny print. No hidden clauses buried on page seventeen. Here is plainly what your CombiShield maintenance plan does — and doesn't — include.

What's included

Annual boiler service
A full service of your gas boiler each year by a Gas Safe registered engineer, including a written service report.
Unlimited callouts
Call us out as many times as you need within your plan year. No per-visit fees beyond your stated callout contribution.
Parts & labour
Replacement parts and the labour to fit them on any component listed on your plan.
Boiler controls & thermostat
Repairs to your programmer, room thermostat and timer where they form part of the central heating system.
Central heating system (Home & Total Shield)
Radiators, pipework, pumps, motorised valves and the expansion vessel — diagnosed and repaired.
Plumbing & drainage (Total Shield)
Internal hot and cold pipework, taps, toilets, isolation valves and clearing of internal blocked drains up to the boundary.
24/7 engineer helpline
Speak to a real UK-based engineer at any hour for triage and emergency advice.
Landlord gas safety certificate
Free CP12 each year on the Total Shield plan; available as a paid add-on for other plans.

Pre-existing faults
Any fault that existed before you signed up and was not declared on your initial assessment.
Boilers over 15 years old
Plans are reviewed case by case for older boilers — we'll tell you up front before you sign anything.
Frost damage with heating switched off
Damage caused by leaving the property unheated during freezing weather is excluded.
Cosmetic repairs
Paintwork, tiling, plasterboard, flooring and decorative finishes disturbed during a repair are not put back by us.
Sludge & system flushes
Power-flushing a heavily sludged system is quoted separately. We'll always show you the system before recommending it.
Underfloor heating manifolds
Repairs to underfloor heating manifolds and zone actuators are not included unless added as an extra.
Showers, kitchen appliances & white goods
Electric showers, dishwashers, washing machines and similar appliances are outside the plan.
Commercial premises
CombiShield plans cover domestic UK properties only.
Acts of God & third-party damage
Flooding, fire, subsidence, or damage caused by another tradesperson is not covered.

We quote anything outside your plan in writing before any work starts.
You can cancel at any time after the first 30 days — no fees, no exit charges.
No auto price hikes mid-term. Your monthly price is fixed for the full 12 months.
We are not an insurance provider and are not FCA regulated. CombiShield is a maintenance plan, not a policy.
